Obstruct Police...ACT Criminal Code Act 1995 (Commonwealth) s 149.
Max penalty:
ACT: 2 years imprisonment, a fine of up to $32,000 or both.
Commonwealth: 2 years imprisonment.
In the ACT and in the resist police Commonwealth, if you obstruct, hinder, intimidate or resist a public official in the performance of their duties, you may be guilty of an offence.
